Hello Monday Morning’s friends ! Between two periods of studying, it’s high time we gave you some news! Holiday time is almost finished, leaving us to undying memories of festivals… After our pathological (but so pleasant) live show at the LaSemo festival, we kept going to the Francofolies of Spa, last 24th July. There, we spent 5 amazing days, 5 unforgettable days marked by (awesome) meetings. We were exhausted when we went back home, but on cloud nine, eyes full of happiness. Our performance on the « Carrefour des Talents » scene will definitely remain the most outstanding one of Monday Morning’s (short) life. Despite some little sound problems during the first songs, but we gave the best we had! A great audience, super receptive that came in large numbers to listen to the small people from Liège that we are… we got slapped like never before (in the literary way, of course)! =) This year 2010 was really a year full of nice dates for us… and it hasn’t reached the end yet! It’s been months now that we’ve been talking about it, leaving you unsatisfied… but we’re still waiting for the EP! Just to make your mouth water a little bit more, we want you to know that the songs are ready and that the sleeve has just come back from the graphic designer’s to us. Anyway, please wait a bit more, that EP should see the light at the end of September. Besides, this September looks musically full, with no less than 7 planned dates (Here are quite enough occasions to celebrate my (Cha) 21st birthday! :D). We’ll play in Abolens (Hannut), Couvin, Hannêche, Liège,… *getting my breath back*,… in Walhain, and also in Andenne! You’ll find all the information about these different gigs by clicking on the tab “Dates”. Moreover, we’ll have a short interview on Equinoxe FM by the time, on the 16th September. Well, that’s it! It’s high time for me to leave you to your occupations, and to go back to my books! We send you lots of kisses and say « see you ! »… and we have a particular thought for the students who’re still studying for their retakes! Cheer up! |
